siraj.yasin f45ece8294 Update metadata.yaml to kubernetes style
* Define GVK for metadata.yaml
* Added supoorting type and registered the kind 'AirshipMetadata' to
  runtime scheme
* Used document object to read metadata instead of reading it as config
