Josh Herrera c2d08a4b83 Use keepalived to pass Ironic IP to target cluster ... This PS utilizes the "keepalived" container (https://github.com/metal3-io/baremetal-operator/blob/master/docs/ironic-endpoint-keepalived-configuration.md) to ensure that the Ironic IP can be passed to the target cluster for management of the images.
