Problems description:
Once we execute airshipctl config init, the default config in
~/.airship/config doesn't contain default values for:

clusterType:
target:
bootstrapInfo: ~
managementConfiguration: ~
---
This PS set default values for Airshipctl config to use it
out of the box.
Closes: #234
