Yasin, Siraj (SY495P) 318895d89d Encoding secret data in airshipctl config files
* encoding while saving credentials in authInfo
* decoding while fethcing credentials from authInfo
* Credentials are found only in ~/.airship/kubeconfig, so did not find
  anything in ~/.airship/config to be encoded.
