Michael Beaver 53e863954b Store status of deployment in a ConfigMap ... This change adds a new Shipyard Operator that creates/updates a ConfigMap with information on the version and status of the current running deployment. This ConfigMap will be created at the start of the deployments, and will be updated at the end even if the previous steps fail.
