Alexander Noskov 60ac429c24 Extend VM's configuration with NUMA/CPU/Memory/NIC changes 
Add abbility to extend VM's configuration via JSON to configure:
  * NUMA nodes / cpu cells
  * CPU mode, sockets, threads
  * Memory backend
  * NIC model
