Shiba, Sidney 9590daa413 [DNM] CPVYGR-687 - Deploy 3x CP & 2x Worker nodes
This patchset was created to develop a mechanism to apply a new image
for Day 2 upgrades.

It relies on KCP maxSurge field for upgrading CP nodes and [???]
maxSurge for the Worker nodes.

One usecase to validate is when NO spare node is available for the
cluster upgrade (i.e., maxSurge: 0). A minimum of three (3) CP nodes are
required and two (2) CP nodes MUST have enough capacity to run all
resources while one (1) CP node is being updated.

Similar use case is going to be validated for the Worker nodes upgrade.
