Kostiantyn Kalynovskyi 2188b75a9d Move vino Spec ConfigMap to an annotation ... This patchset moves vino spec from configMap to annotation. Also it utilizes vino builder API object. The object is not yet fully developed. In next steps will be to update vino builder, but it is in a separate repository right now, and isn't fully functional.
