Fix IllegalArgumentException caused by non-ascii user names
When connecting via command line ssh with a non-ascii user name set, the info message is not displayed, but an IllegalArgumentException ("Not ASCII string") is thrown. This change shows the message in UTF-8. Change-Id: I1c4da072a572b6a35bd020a00450ec7123c23ba9
