* Update plugins/reviewnotes from branch 'stable-2.16'
  to 53333b3e3f70dfe14ce4c937246a00a2e4bfa3a0
  - Adapt injection of UrlFormatter to DynamicItem
    
    Since I375245647 the UrlFormatter is not bound anymore
    directly but through a DynamicItem.
