Create project refactoring

This refactoring is a preparation to feature
'Create project through web interface' which
includes a new UI to create projects.

It splits out the create project code
adding new classes that will be used both
by ssh command and the new UI.

Updated some naming pattern to keep it more
consistent.

Improved the exception handling.
