Merge changes from topic 'gitweb-cleanup'

* changes:
  Use consistent lowercase for "gitweb"
  GitWebConfig: Minor cleanup
  Move logic from GitWebType to GitWebConfig
  Extract CGI configuration from GitWebConfig
