= Gerrit Code Review - Plugin styles API

This API is provided by link:pg-plugin-dev.html#plugin-styles[plugin.styles()]
and provides a way to apply dynamically created styles to elements in a
document.

- `*string* rulesStr` string with CSS styling declarations.
