David Pursehouse 751a0c40e2 Bind OnlineReindexer.Factory in LuceneIndexModule ... The OnlineReindexer.Factory is only bound in MultiVersionModule. This causes some of the acceptance tests to fail with the error "no implementation bound" because the SingleVersionModule is being used, which does not bind OnlineReindexer.Factory.
