Becky Siegel 6c23556d2c Fix tooltip font size ...

gr-tooltip was already using rems before recent font size changes.
Because the root font size was originally larger, this inadvertantly
shrunk the size of gr-tooltip-text.

This is fixed by using one of the new canned font sizes.
