
The fix is to update stops at the same time with suggestions update, by force updating autocomplete items and cursor manager stops when suggestions arrive. Theory is that binding causes Polymer.dom.flush() out of order for edge cases (late updates, or updates triggered by user interaction), and a potential race condition when populating stops for cursor manager in parallel with updating suggestions in gr-autocomplete.
