Ben Rohlfs 4211331b57 Improve the look of dialogs ...

Add border-radius.
Add box-shadow.
Add more (16px) padding.
Change the title font to 16px.
Change opacity of backdrop from 0.6 to 0.32 (Material standard).
Remove borders for header and footer.
