This updates the plugins to the heads of their respective
master branches, adding the following changes:
replication:
- Use "Project.NameKey" instead of "NameKey"
- Bazel: Reformat BUILD file with buildifier 0.17.2
singleusergroup:
- Bazel: Reformat BUILD file with buildifier 0.17.2
The "Reformat BUILD file" changes were submitted on the plugins'
stable-2.15 branches and got merged up to master. Updating to use
the latest master revisions avoids having to create stable-2.16
branches which would otherwise be unnecessary.
