Remove all the build pipeline logic from the Gerrit project and rely purely on the gerrit-ci-scripts for the automation of the changes validation. Reduce the maintenance efforts in merging all the pipeline changes across branches and also allow an easier development of the pipeline steps because of the extra flexibility allowed in the definition of the shared libraries.
