Shawn O. Pearce adaf5c3f95 Make LDAP sessions persistent for the session age ...

Instead of making the browser cookie expire when the browser ends,
let the cookie be persistent and expire at the same time as the
session ends.  If administrators want their users to authenticate,
they should lower the session timeout to a smaller inactivity window.
