Edwin Kempin 5f90eae4e4 Add a dedicated exception that is thrown in case of Git update failures ...

This new exception carries information about which refs failed to update
and what caused the failure. This information can be interesting for
handling exceptions, e.g. to decide if the failure is transient and
whether the request should be retried (see follow-up change Id316cffa5).
