To run the tests:

  bazel test //...

To build the Gerrit plugin API, run:

  bazel build gerrit-plugin-api:plugin-api_deploy.jar

To build the Gerrit extension API, run:

  bazel build gerrit-extension-api:extension-api_deploy.jar
