David Pursehouse 89ab8f4587 Suppress "unlikely argument type" warnings for IdString ...

These are fixed on master, but will not be fixed on the
stable branch. Suppress them just to get rid of them in
Eclipse.

This commit should be omitted when merging the branch
up to master.
