The term 'includes' can be a bit confusing and misleading, in particular as users which belong to a group aren't covered by it. The term 'subgroup' more accurately describes the concept and emphasizes the separation between groups and users. All relevant parts of the server code as well as the documentation are adapted to this new naming. Occurrences of the term in the REST or Java API are left as is to not break compatibility.
