When the dropdown arrow is tapped, gr-labeled-autocomplete invokes the focus method on gr-autocomplete. We weren't stopping propagation of the tap event, however, which propagated up to gr-autocomplete's listener on body. This confused gr-autocomplete, making it think it should immediately blur.
