Wyatt Allen 8551eb2f00 Add 'jump' shortcuts for open, merged, and abandoned changes ...

While the [g] key is depressed, pressing the [o], [m], or [a] will
navigate (jump) to a search for open, merged, or abandoned changes
respectively. This implements the three high priority shortcuts listed
in issue 7266.
