Urs Wolfer 6c135291e9 Vulcanize: unzip bower_components to $TMP 
Use $TMP for unzipping content and link it to $SRCDIR before running
vulcanize.
Delete $SRCDIR/bower_components before linking since folder gets
created by 'run-server.sh'.

This also fixes hanging Buck build because unzip waiting for an user
input to confirm overwriting files when $SRCDIR is not clean.
