Dmitrii Filippov 44f47c0db5 Get rid of some global variables - Part 4
* Replace the following global variables with named imports:
  - GrPopupInterface
  - GrRangeNormalizer
  - GrCountStringFormatter,
  - GrReviewerSuggestionsProvider
* Update gr-app-global-var-init.js
