The name of the committee was changed from "Steering Committee" to "Engineering Steering" committee. Update references accordingly, throughout the community governance documentation. Don't replace every single occurrence. It's enough to replace only in section titles and introductory sentences. If every occurrence is replaced the text gets repetetive.
