Clark Boylan 25b41ba1eb Drop the suggestion for using the x/ namespace ...

We've decided that this catchall when we didn't get input for better
names should be deprecated for new projects. Drop the suggestions that
x/ namespace be used if a different namespace can't be dreamt up.
Hopefully, this pushes people towards selecting a reasonable namespace
for their new project.
