Update Tricircle weekly meeting schedule 

According to the poll http://doodle.com/poll/ypd2xpqppzaqek5u,
the prefered new weekly meeting time slot is
"Wed  UTC 01:00, Beijing 9:00 AM, PDT(-1 day) 6:00 PM". This
patch is to update the schedule.
