Remove keystone team office hours

As discussed in the team retrospective[1], weekly office hours were not
particularly successful, instead we will plan to do a monthly bug
squash. Keeping it on the meeting schedule feels heavy-handed now that
it is infrequent and repurposed, so instead we will opt to send a
reminder of the bug squash days to the mailing list.
