Upgrade gerrit to 2.3.0. Add management of the apache virtualhost. Remove gerrit body styling (including the javascript hack) in favor of using the gerrit theme config options for body styling. Keep header and top menu changes. This should make it easier to keep up with new gerrit versions without chasing weird GWT changes. Add management of the gerrit init script. Add management of MySQL.
