Patch Set 1:

Updated SQL syntax in the user migration as suggested by Ronald (will do more of the file later). Also corrected the authentication issues I was having.

There are only two additional changes required afterwards to do this migration. Their logic will be add in future changes.

I think we now need a migration-specific git repo as Yolanda suggested, to house this script and a dirty migration script I've written that I wish to expand into being production-ready.

I'll raise a change for that.
