Adam Coldrick 51aed1decb Add an interface specifying the API for storage backends ... This interface specifies a common set of methods which must be implemented by any storage implementation. These methods currently provide a way to obtain a URL which can be used to upload a file, and an authentication token which can be used to authenticate the upload request.
