This commit adds a new table to the subunit2sql DB to store attachments from the database. The schema is very simple and basically just fk, key, blob to store the attachment, it's label and associate it to its test_run. Change-Id: I48fc019cef182c3bedfe62d973f2d4c70b32a6c7
