Remove mirror-update02 from our ansible inventory

I had hoped to do this after we were satisfied that mirror-update03 was
up and running properly. Unforuntately, the automatic ssh key setup
process for the vos release identity and key is failing with
mirror-update02 in the emergency file. The reason for this is that it
checks all mirror-update group members for registered key values (this
includes mirror-update02) but because the server is in the emergency
file no ssh key is registered.

By removing the server from the inventory entirely ansible will only
attempt to manage the key for mirror-update03 and we should be able to
proceed with server configuration properly.

If necessary to rollback to mirror-update02 for functioanlity reasons we
can always revert this particular change and put mirror-update02 back
into service.
