Purge the borg-ethercalc02 backups on our vexxhost backup server

This records in ansible automation work that has been previously
performed manually. This will be a good sanity check of the newer
automation to purge things. Once we're happy with the results against
borg-ethercalc02 we can retire and purge additional backup users and
either or both backup servers as we like.
