Apparently upstream stopped updating docker hub images semi recently. We should pull from the quay.io location instead. As far as I can tell docker.io/jboss/keycloak and quay.io/keycloak/keycloak orginate from https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak-containers so this switch is in theory fine. But I guess we'll find out.
