System configuration for the OpenDev Collaboratory

Create a zuul_data fixture for testinfra. The fixture directly loads the inventory from the inventory YAML file written out. This lets you get easy access to the IP addresses of the hosts. We pass in the "zuul" variable by writing it out to a YAML file on disk, and then passing an environment variable to this. This is useful for things like determining which job is running. Puppet Modules
These are a set of puppet manifests and modules that are currently being used to manage the OpenStack Project infrastructure.
The main entry point is in manifests/site.pp.
In general, most of the modules here are designed to be able to be run either in agent or apply mode.
These puppet modules require puppet 2.7 or greater. Additionally, the site.pp manifest assumes the existence of hiera.
