Jeremy Stanley 9ab9e7dc01 Add hostvars for new Vexxhost mirrors ... Because we have different Let's Encrypt certs for each mirror server, we need individual hostvars for those. Include them so that the infra-prod-letsencrypt deploy works correctly again. Also insert the associated Apache handlers for completeness.
