We are running 1.25.1 currently so this represents the next minor bug
fix update for gitea. The complete changelog can be found here:

None of these updates appear particularly urgent. The crypto updates
seem to affect ssh primarily, but we use openssh rather than the built
in system. We also don't give people user accounts so permissions fixups
are less important to us. That said keeping up to date is good practice
and if any of my interpretations or assumptions are wrong then upgrading
avoids any problems.
