We're currently running a build of 3.10.5 and there is a 3.10.6
available. The full release notes for 3.10.6 can be found here:

which appears to mostly be a small bugfix update. However, we're
starting to look at a Gerrit 3.11 upgrade so we want to ensure both the
current production deployment is running the latest 3.10 release and the
testing for 3.11 is checking an upgrade to the latest 3.11 so we update
things.
