Currently there is no logging with haproxy-statsd when it starts up and start running. In this case, we are unable to know if the process starts or not as the log file is completely empty if there is no exceptions. This commits added an info log during haproxy-statsd startup. Change-Id: I572005479b7caffe6214ec13f73ee052ed61e8f9
