This update brings a number of bugfixes. The most visible to us is it should fix partial clones for older clients. This means we can reenable partial cloning again. Note that we have testing of partial clones which should detect if this is working for us. There are no template diffs for the three template files we override between 1.16.5 and 1.16.6.
