Clark Boylan b43d0ca192 Replicate Gerrit repos to gitea10-12 ... These are new jammy servers that are replacing older servers. They have had their brains (db) transplanted from gitea01 to preserve redirects. I have added their ssh host keys to the review02 private host vars. Also we remove gitea08 from the replication list as it is no longer behind haproxy and will be decommissioned.
