Takashi Kajinami ff84383815 Add puppetlabs packages for Ubuntu Jammy to mirror 
This adds the puppetlabs packages for Ubuntu Jammy. This is required to
switch the base Ubuntu distribution used in Puppet OpenStack with
using the mirrored packages.
