Subject: [PATCH] Revert "Temporarily disable ovh gra1 while we fix its mirror"

This reverts commit f742d44353246f5b0a446127d192123d00997521.

Land this once DNS is updated to point to the old mirror again and DNS
caches have had sufficient time to clear out the old record (about an
hour after the DNS update).
