Remove Venus and Vitrage from map

Venus and Vitrage were set as "inactive" at the start of the Gazpacho
cycle, and were not reactivated before milestone-2, so they will not be
released in the 2026.1 "Gazpacho" final release.

The map should be updated to reflect that.
