Arx Cruz 997e272617 Up cirros image version 
Devstack and tripleo is now using cirros 0.5.2 which have some changes
required to changes in nova hw machine type [1].
The old 0.4.0 image is set on DEFAULT_IMAGES just in case the first
default image won't be available. Updates on the list, once the mirrors
start to have the new cirros image.
